Storygalorey Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

1. Community Guidelines and Agreement:  In participating in Storygalorey classes, whether digital or in person, participants are required to follow our guidelines:

• Respect your own and others’ artwork with kind and encouraging words.
• Respect everyone’s and your own privacy: What’s shared during Storygalorey events or services rendered by Storygalorey should not be distributed, shared, or posted anywhere without permission from all parties.

1. Privacy: Students are sharing in a private app but nevertheless in an online community. Students should not share any private or sensitive information with the group. The community is for sharing artwork, learning together, and encouraging one another. 
2. Intellectual Property: All digital art lessons, digital art downloads, and clipart available on our website are protected by copyright laws. You may use them for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content on this website without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. All courses, programs, events and event recordings are owned by Storygalorey and cannot be shared, copied, recorded, distributed, or provided to other individuals via any form of distribution.  This includes sharing your personal login information or using an account to distribute the recorded class or recording to a group or class outside your family. You may share your personal login information with members of your immediate family living in your household or with grandparents.
3. Purchases and Payments: Digital art classes and In Person art classes are available for purchase on our website. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, and we do not store any payment information. Payment for Art Club will come out automatically either once a month or annually depending on your subscription. If your card is declined 3 times in a row, your membership will be suspended until payment is received. 
4. Refund Policy: You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, you will retain the remainder of what you paid for. (the rest of the month or the rest of the year.)  For in person classes, check out Storygalorey Policies. You may contact us at [email protected]  if you have special concerns.
5. User Conduct: You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You must not upload, transmit, or distribute any content that infringes upon the rights of others, contains viruses or malicious code, or is otherwise offensive or harmful.  When sharing your student artwork to our Art Club Community, nudity, offensive and disrespectful words or portrayals are strictly prohibited. 
6. Posting Photography and/or Reference Imagery: Storygalorey Art Club is an online program and all of the program’s content and interaction is online. Do not upload content that is not public domain and do not contribute or upload unlicensed content that you do not own or have written permission from the model or individuals in the photo.
7. Affiliate Links: Our website may contain affiliate links to Amazon. This means that at no extra cost to you, if you click on the link to a recommended product Storygalorey receives a small amount of the total cost. 
8. Online Event Recordings and Consent to be Recorded: Some Storygalorey events are recorded and said recordings may include your child’s name, likeness, chat, and personal information if they choose to share it. This recorded content is available to other members of Storygalorey Art Club. By participating in an event, using audio, video, chat, or screen-sharing, a student is opting in to being recorded within the Art Club. We believe in protecting children's safety and will not share these recordings outside of the Art Club.
9. Ownership of Audio/Video Recordings: All live events hosted online by Storygalorey are recorded and archived. Attendees may be included in these recordings. Storygalorey owns all recorded content and has the right to use appropriate portions of recorded content for marketing purposes only. We will never use your child’s name and personal information in recordings of marketing materials.
10. Permission to use Student Artwork Photos: Your child’s protection and privacy is of the utmost importance to us. In participating in Art Club, you are agreeing for us to share appropriate photos on our website or social media for marketing purposes only. We will never use your child’s name and personal information in photos of them or their artwork.
11. Limitation of Liability: We strive to provide accurate and reliable information, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the content on our website. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website.
12. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tippecanoe County.
